摘 要:四川省成都市新津工业园区污水处理厂进水成分复杂、寻常工艺难以满足要求。处理工艺为粗细格栅+改良厌氧-缺氧-好氧(Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic,A^(2)O)+高效沉淀+紫外消毒,出水达到四川省地标岷江、沱江排放标准的要求。A^(2)O+高效沉淀为主体工艺对化学需氧量(Chemical Oxygen Demand,COD_(Cr))、氨氮(NH_(3)-N)、总磷(Total Phosphorus,TP)的平均去除率为87.13%、95.63%、92.5%,运行费用低。结果表明,碳氮比8∶1时可缩短调试时间,能够提高脱氮以及污染物去除效率,便于长期运行维护。The inflow composition of the sewage treatment plant in Xinjin Industrial Park,Chengdu City,Sichuan Province is complex,and ordinary processes are difficult to meet the requirements.The treatment process consists of coarse and fine grids,improved Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic (A^(2)O),efficient sedimentation,and ultraviolet disinfection.The effluent meets the discharge standards of the landmark Minjiang and Tuojiang rivers in Sichuan Province.The A^(2)O+high-efficiency precipitation process has an average removal rate of 87.13%,95.63%,and 92.5% for Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD_(Cr)),ammonia nitrogen (NH_(3)-N),and Total Phosphorus (TP),respectively,with low operating costs.The results indicate that a carbon to nitrogen ratio of 8:1 can shorten the debugging time,improve denitrification and pollutant removal efficiency,and facilitate long-term operation and maintenance.
