新质人才培养视域下高校图书馆人工智能素养教育内容与策略研究

摘　　要：随着人工智能成为当下社会新质生产力发展的核心驱动力,人工智能素养也成为主导新质生产力形成所需的新质人才的必备特质。通过梳理国内外相关文献,阐释新质人才特质和人工智能素养内涵,分析高校图书馆开展人工智能素养教育优势和教育研究现状,并从人工智能知识、技能、应用、伦理维度构建高校图书馆新质人才人工智能素养教育内容体系,建议高校图书馆应从文献资源保障、教育环境创建、教育框架优化、教育策略多元化、教育馆员能力提升方面实施新质人才人工智能素养教育。旨在为当下社会生产力创新发展培养具有人工智能共生思维、人工智能渗透技能和科学人工智能价值观的新质人才。With artificial intelligence becoming the core driving force for the development of new quality productive forces in the current society,artificial intelligence literacy has become an essential quality for new quality productive forces talents to form new quality productive forces.The research reveals the characteristics of new quality productive forces talents and the connotation of artificial intelligence literacy,and analyzes the advantages and the research status of artificial intelligence literacy education in university libraries through the review of relevant domestic and international literature.The research constructs the content system of artificial intelligence literacy education for new quality productive forces talents in university libraries from the aspects of artificial intelligence knowledge,skills,application,and ethics,and proposes that university libraries should improve artificial intelligence literacy education for new quality productive forces talents from the aspects of literature resources supply,teaching environment creation,education framework optimization,education strategy diversification,and librarian competencies improvement,aiming to cultivate new quality productive forces talents with artificial intelligence symbiotic thinking,artificial intelligence penetration skills and scientific artificial intelligence values for the innovation and development of productivity in the current society.
