摘  要:阅读推广作为一种“领域性知识”,具有理论和实践的双重维度。有组织科研赋能阅读推广对于激发或提升阅读推广行动主体的研究能力,并促进其阅读推广实践效能,进而实现其高质量发展具有重要意义。文章运用规范分析对有组织科研赋能阅读推广的内涵特征及其价值进行分析,并从价值共创理论及赋能要素的双重视角切入,提出一个有组织科研赋能阅读推广的理论框架。同时通过兰州大学图书馆实践案例分析,验证了有组织科研赋能阅读推广理论框架的适用性和解释力。研究表明,在有组织赋能阅读推广过程中,初期处于价值聚集、激活阶段,中期处于价值创造及扩散阶段,而后期要提升参与者价值共创能力、激发参与者价值共创意愿,才能形成稳定且持续的价值共创模式。最后提出优化有组织科研的赋能机制、夯实馆员学术研究基础、强化从研究到应用的政策设计等推进路径。As a kind of“domain knowledge”,reading promotion has both theoretical and practical dimensions.Reading promotion empowered by organized research is of great significance to stimulate or enhance the research ability and to promote the effectiveness of reading promotion for its subject,so as to realize its high-quality development.The article uses normative analysis to analyze the connotation and value of reading promotion empowered by organized research,and proposes a theoretical framework for it from the dual perspectives of value co-creation theory and empowerment elements.At the same time,the applicability and explanatory power of the theoretical framework is verified through the case study of Lanzhou University Library.The study shows that in the process of reading promotion empowered by organized research,the initial stage is value aggregation and activation,the middle stage is value creation and diffusion,and the later stage is improving the ability and stimulating willingness of participants in terms of value co-creation in order to form a stable and sustainable value co-creation mode.Finally,it is proposed to optimize the empowerment mechanism of organized scientific research,consolidate the foundation of librarians'academic research,and improve the policy design from research to application.
