数字普惠金融对农业碳减排的影响研究

摘　　要：文章基于2011—2020年中国30个省区市(除西藏自治区和港澳台地区)的面板数据,实证分析数字普惠金融对农业碳减排的影响以及农业科技投入水平在其中的中介作用。结果表明:数字普惠金融能显著推动农业碳减排,且在数字普惠金融各维度中,使用深度对农业碳减排的推动作用最大,覆盖广度次之,数字化程度最小;东部和中部地区数字普惠金融显著推动农业碳减排,而西部地区不显著,农业科技投入水平在数字普惠金融与农业碳减排之间起到部分中介作用。据此,建议推动农业领域数字普惠金融发展,制定差异化策略,促进区域协调发展,加大农业科学技术投入,推动农业科技进步。This paper based on the panel data of 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities in China(excluding Xizang Autonomous Region as well as Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan region)for the period of 2011—2020,the effect of digital financial inclusion on agricultural carbon emission reduction and the mediating role of the level of agricultural science and technology inputs were empirically analyzed.The results showed that:Digital financial inclusion could significantly promote agricultural carbon emission reduction,and among the dimensions of digital financial inclusion,the depth of use promoted agricultural carbon emission reduction the first,the breadth of coverage the second,and the degree of digitization the least.In the eastern and central regions,digital financial inclusion significantly promoted agricultural carbon emission reduction,while in the western region it was non-significant.And the level of agricultural science and technology inputs played a partly mediating role between digital financial inclusion and agricultural carbon emission reduction.Accordingly,it is recommended to push forward the development of digital inclusive finance in agriculture,formulate differentiated strategies,promote coordinated regional development,increase investment in agricultural science and technology,and drive the progress of agricultural science and technology.
