摘　　要：为对底层动员、策略调整、社会再造等革命重大问题提出符合实际情况的正确主张,毛泽东在中央苏区开展了对象最基层、时间最集中、探究最深入、材料最丰富、内容最详实的系列调查研究。并在调研实践中,摸索总结出“走马看花”“下马看花”“读史问志”“解剖麻雀”四种主要调查研究方法,生动体现“望闻问切”四字之精妙。上述方法论启示,新时代开展调查研究必须树立系统观念、前瞻时代新问,坚持群众路线、体察民意实情,突出问题导向、强化学史明理,抓住典型经验、灵活举一反三,提高科学决策的能力,增强解决大党独有难题的动力,从容不迫地应对新时代新征程前进路上的风浪考验。In an endeavor to articulate propositions that precisely reflect the realities concerning pivotal revolutionary concerns such as the mobilization of the grassroots,strategic realignment,and the remaking of society,Mao Zedong engaged in a comprehensive series of investigative research endeavors within the Central Soviet Area.These endeavors were distinguished by their focus on the most fundamental levels of society,their concentrated temporal framework,the profundity of their inquiry,the richness of their source materials,and the meticulousness of their content.Through his investigative practice,Mao Zedong delineated and refined four principal methodologies of research:"Superficial Inspection from the Horseback","Thorough Examination after Dismounting","Historical Documentation and Local Inquiry",and"Case Study Analysis".These methodologies encapsulate the nuanced approach of"observation,audition,inquiry,and palpation".The methodological insights gleaned from his practices suggest that investigative research in the contemporary era must be characterized by a holistic perspective,a forward-looking orientation,and a commitment to the mass line.It must also be attentive to the genuine sentiments of the populace,problem-centric,and enhanced by a deep understanding of history to illuminate theoretical principles.Additionally,it should emphasize the importance of drawing from exemplary experiences and the capacity to apply these insights broadly.This approach is instrumental in bolstering the capacity for evidence-based decision-making and in addressing the intricate challenges that are inherent to large political organizations,thereby equipping them to navigate the complexities of the new era with composure and strategic acumen.
