大学生沉思与自杀意念——心理痛苦和自我同情的作用

摘　　要：为探讨大学生沉思与自杀意念的关系及其作用机制,采用Ryan沉思量表、心理痛苦量表、自我同情量表和自杀可能性量表-自杀意念分量表,对667名大学生进行调查。结果显示:沉思显著正向预测自杀意念;心理痛苦在沉思与自杀意念之间起部分中介作用;自我同情对心理痛苦的中介作用具有调节效应,调节了中介作用的前、后两条路径,且在自我同情的调节作用下,沉思对自杀意念的预测作用不显著。该结果表明沉思既可以直接影响自杀意念,亦会通过心理痛苦间接影响自杀意念,自我同情在这一过程中起缓冲作用,随着自我同情水平的提高,沉思对心理痛苦、心理痛苦对自杀意念的影响均逐渐减弱。To explore the relationship between rumination and suicidal ideation of college students and its mechanism,667 college students were investigated by Ryan Rumination Scale,Psychological Pain Scale,Self-compassion Scale and Suicide Possibility Scale-Suicidal Ideation Subscale.The results show that:Rumination significantly positively predicts suicidal ideation;Psychological pain plays a partial mediating role between rumination and suicidal ideation;Self-compassion has a moderating effect on the mediating role of psychological pain,which moderates the former and the latter path of the mediation.In the moderated mediation model,that is,after adding self-compassion,rumination has no significant predictive effect on suicidal ideation.The results show that rumination can not only directly affect suicidal ideation,but also indirectly affect suicidal ideation through psychological pain,and self-compassion plays a buffering role in this process,with the improvement of self-compassion,the effect of rumination on psychological pain and psychological pain on suicidal ideation is gradually weakened.
