摘  要:为筛选适合萝卜种子丸粒化包衣且对桃蚜有较高活性的内吸性药剂,采用灌根法测定7种药剂对萝卜桃蚜的校正死亡率,筛选出3种高活性药剂分别按药种比0.25∶100、0.5∶100、1∶100、2.5∶100、5∶100和10∶100进行丸粒化包衣处理,评价其对萝卜出苗率的影响及对桃蚜的校正死亡率。结果表明,10%氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂(WG)、25%噻虫嗪WG和22.4%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂(SC)灌根处理对萝卜桃蚜的室内生物活性最高,且持效期长;药后7~14 d,各处理的校正死亡率在92.78%~100%;其他依次为20%烯啶虫胺WG、50%吡蚜酮WG、70%吡虫啉WG和20%啶虫脒WG。对幼苗安全性及生物活性测定表明,25%噻虫嗪WG、10%氟啶虫酰胺WG、22.4%螺虫乙酯SC适合的种子丸粒化药种配比分别为(0.5~2.5)∶100、(1.0~2.5)∶100、(1.0~2.5)∶100。本研究为十字花科蔬菜种子丸粒化包衣提供了理论依据,为实现作物苗期蚜虫的有效防治提供了新的方案。In order to select the absorbent agents suitable for pellet coating of radish seeds and with high activity against Myzus persicae,7 types of agents against M.persicae were determined by root-irrigation method.Three highly active agents were screened,and seed pelletized treatments were conducted different ratios(0.25∶100,0.5∶100,1∶100,2.5∶100,5∶100 and 10∶100)for these three agents.The effects on the seedling emergence rate of radish and the corrected mortality rates of M.persicae were evaluated.The results showed that root-irrigation treatments with 10%flonicamid WG,25%thiamethoxam WG and 22.4%spirotetramat SC exhibited the highest indoor biological activity against M.persicae on radish with long-lasting efficacy.The corrected mortality rates ranged from 92.78%to 100%at 7-14 days after treatment.It was followed by 20%nitenpyram WG,50%pymetrozine WG,70%vimidacloprid WG and 20%acetamiprid WG.The determination of radish seedling safety and biological activity showed that the suitable seed coating ratios of 25%thiamethoxam WG,10%flonicamid WG and 22.4%spirotetramat SC were(0.5-2.5)∶100,(1.0-2.5)∶100 and(1.0-2.5)∶100,respectively.This study provided theoretical basis for pellet coating of cruciferous vegetable seeds and provided a new scheme for effective control of aphids in crop seedling stage.
