波特钻石模型视角下手工艺服饰品竞争力的提升路径

摘　　要：基于波特钻石模型分析法构建手工艺服饰品竞争力4级评价指标体系,以徐州马庄香包为例,运用德尔菲法得到香包产业竞争力评价指数,探究传统手工艺服饰品的竞争力提升路径。结果显示,生产要素、需求条件、相关产业和支持产业以及集群战略、结构和竞争等直接因素,叠加政府要素和机会两大辅助因素,是徐州马庄香包手工艺产业快速发展的动因。研究认为,生产要素扎实、政府要素完善、需求和机会要素充分是香包产业发展的优势指数,而人力和设施建设有待完善、需求挖掘不够精准、未抓住新兴机遇是制约其竞争力的劣势指数,应优化香包的生产要素构成,改善需求及营销策略,完善产业及支撑条件,同时优化其运行及竞争环境,进一步提升香包产业的竞争力。Based on the Porter’s Diamond Model analytical approach, a four-level evaluation index system for the competitiveness of handcrafted clothing and accessories was established. Taking the Xuzhou Mazhuang sachet as a case study, the Delphi Method was employed to obtain the evaluation index of the sachet industry’s competitiveness, and the path for enhancing the competitiveness of traditional handcrafted clothing and accessories was investigated. The results indicate that direct factors such as production factors, demand conditions, related and supporting industries, as well as cluster strategies, structures and competitions, in combination with two auxiliary factors, namely government elements and opportunities, constitute the driving forces for the rapid development of the Xuzhou Mazhuang sachet handicraft industry. The research contends that solid production factors, well-developed government elements, and sufficient demand and opportunity elements are the advantageous indices for the development of the sachet industry. Nevertheless, the construction of manpower and facilities needs to be improved, the demand mining is not accurate enough, and the failure to seize the emerging opportunities, are the disadvantageous indices restricting its competitiveness. It is thus necessary to optimize the composition of production factors for sachets, improve demand and marketing strategies, perfect industrial and supporting conditions, optimize its operation and competitive environment, and further elevate the competitiveness of the sachet industry.
