摘 要:葡萄糖作为人体能量供应的关键物质,其水平和代谢状态与多种疾病的发生和发展有着密切联系.因此,设计既能满足准确检测葡萄糖含量用于临床诊断的需求,又能实现无设备、高效现场监测葡萄糖水平的平台具有重要意义.与其他检测手段相比,比色法测定葡萄糖具有操作简单、成本低廉、观察方便等优点.近年来,由于贵金属基纳米材料被发现具有优异的类过氧化物酶活性,在葡萄糖的比色检测中得到了广泛的应用.贵金属基纳米材料与天然的辣根过氧化物酶相比,其具有结构组成灵活、稳定性高、制备简单、催化活性可调等特点.综述了近年来包括金、银、铂及其合金等在内的贵金属基纳米材料在比色检测葡萄糖领域的研究进展,并对其未来发展面临的挑战和机遇进行了展望.Glucose is a vital molecule that provides energy to the human body.It is closely associated with the occurrence and progression of numerous diseases in terms of its levels and metabolic status.Consequently,it is of great significance to develop a platform that can satisfy the requirements for precise clinical glucose detection while enabling equipment-free and efficient on-site glucose monitoring.Relative to that alternative detection strategies,colorimetric analysis offers the advantages of simple operation,affordability,and straightforward visual observation.In recent years,noble metals based-nanomaterial have been widely applied in the colorimetric detection of glucose due to their remarkable peroxidase-like activity.In contrast to natural horseradish peroxidase,noble metals based-nanomaterials stands out for its flexible structure design and composition,enhanced stability,facile preparation and adjustable catalytic activity.Accordingly,this paper reviews the recent progress of noble metal based-nanomaterial,including gold,silver,platinum and their alloys,within the realm of colorimetric glucose detection.Furthermore,we summarizes the challenges and prospects for the future development of these nanomaterials.
