媒体融合视域下高校学报编辑核心素养的提升

摘　　要：媒体深度融合时代,我国的传统出版和新兴出版融合发展,在一个和而不同的环境中,呈现出全方位立体化、多元纵深化、创新性和中国式媒体融合等特点,高校学报的信息传播也逐步向全媒体传播体系转变。编辑在期刊出版发行中承担着重要的角色,而媒体深度融合的快速发展,不仅促进了高校学报编辑核心素养的提升,更是对他们提出了新的要求,即编辑需要不断巩固主体地位,提高驾驭整体信息、整合和把握各类信息、把握互联网时代各类信息深度和广度等能力。这些新要求需要全面提升高校学报编辑的核心素养,提升路径可以把握以下几个方面:加强政治理论学习,提升道德素养;更新办刊理念;构建新时代高校学报编辑核心素养体系;培养多媒介表达能力,提升智能素养;建立终身学习机制,提高高校学报编辑的学习能力。In the era of deep media integration,the integration development of traditional publishing and emerging publishing in China has shown the characteristics of all-round three-dimensional,multi-depth,innovative and Chinese-style media integration in a harmonious but different environment,and the information dissemination of university journals has gradually changed to an all-media communication system.Editors play an important role in the publication and distribution of journals,and the rapid development of in-depth media integration not only promotes the improvement of the core quality of university journal editors,but also puts forward new requirements for them,that is,editors need to constantly consolidate their dominant position,improve their ability to control the overall information,integrate and grasp all kinds of information,grasp the depth and breadth of all kinds of information in the Internet era and other capabilities.These new requirements require comprehensive improvement of the core competencies of university journal editors.The path to improvement can be grasped in the following aspects:strengthening political theory learning and enhancing moral literacy;Updating the publishing philosophy;Building a core competency system for university journal editors in the new era;Cultivating multimedia expression ability and enhancing intelligent literacy;Establishing a lifelong learning mechanism to enhance the learning ability of university journal editors.
