摘 要:静电纺丝(电纺)纤维作为一种新型的增强材料,如今已经被广泛运用到各个领域。目前已经证实电纺纤维能够有效提升碳纤维/环氧树脂(CF/EP)复合材料的力学性能。本综述重点关注当前电纺纤维层间增韧CF/EP复合材料的研究进展,介绍静电纺丝法的制备原理,调研电纺工艺参数对纤维形貌的影响,归纳电纺纤维种类、直径、面密度、电纺纤维引入方式等对CF/EP复合材料层间断裂韧性的影响,通过对当前已经开展的研究进行详细分析,总结了电纺纤维的增韧机理,指出目前电纺纤维增韧复合材料的不足,并对未来电纺纤维增韧复合材料的发展进行了展望。Electrospinning fiber,a new type of reinforcement material,is nowadays widely used in various fields.It has been demonstrated that electrospun fibers can effectively enhance the mechanical properties of carbon fiber/epoxy resin(CF/EP)composites.This review focuses on the current research progress of electrospun fiber interlayer toughened CF/EP composites,introduces the preparation principle of the electrostatic spinning method,investigates the influence of electrospinning process parameters on fiber morphology,summarizes the influence of electrospun fiber type,diameter,surface density,and electrospun fiber introduction method on the interlayer fracture toughness of CF/EP composites,further combines with the current research that has been carried out for detailed.The analysis summarizes the toughening mechanism of electrospun fibers and points out the shortcomings of the current electrospun fiber toughened composites and the future development of electrospun fiber toughened composites for the reference of other research teams.
