摘  要:通过眼动追踪实验,探索老年乘客在地铁车厢内使用导乘屏幕界面时的信息处理机制,提出针对老年用户的界面设计优化建议。研究采用定量与定性相结合的方法,通过分析老年乘客对不同设计界面的视觉注意力分布、认知加工过程及任务完成效率等指标,形成一套科学的适老化界面设计策略并指导设计优化方案,旨在提升老年群体使用地铁车厢导乘屏的体验,为公共交通领域的适老化设计提供理论依据与实践参考。Through the eye tracking experiment,the information processing mechanism of the elderly passengers using the passenger guidance screen interface in the subway carriage is explored,and the interface design optimization suggestions for the elderly users are put forward.The research adopts a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods.By analyzing the visual attention distribution,cognitive processing process and task completion efficiency of elderly passengers on different designed interfaces,a set of scientific elderly-oriented interface design strategies is formed and the design optimization scheme is guided,aiming to improve the experience of the elderly group in using the subway passenger guidance screen,and to provide theoretical basis and practice reference for the elderly-oriented design in the field of public transportation.
