摘  要:按规范,消防船共有3类船型。其中,第1类船型配置要求最低,成本可控性强。但其消防水炮存在流量低、射程小且无泡沫灭火能力的问题,难以满足用户的实际需求,故而常常出现预算与功能需求相互矛盾的情况。本文以300t消防船为典型案例,简要介绍如何通过对成本低廉的第1类消防船进行优化设计,以满足用户较高的实际需求,同时将成本控制在限定范围内的有效方案。According to the regulations,there are three types of firefighting ships.Among them,the first type of firefighting ship has the lowest configuration requirements and strong cost controllability.However,its fire water cannon has problems such as low flow rate,short range and lack of foam fire extinguishing ability,making it difficult to meet the actual needs of users.Therefore,there is often a contradiction between budget and functional requirements.Taking a 300 t fireboat as a typical case,this paper briefly introduces how to meet the higher actual needs of users by optimizing the design of the cost-effective first-type firefighting ship,while controlling the cost within a limited range.
