摘  要:本文以某船厂承接的平台供应船(PSV)改装为风电运维母船(SOV)项目为例,研究了浮态下从结构拆旧到换新的整个改装工艺流程。文章重点介绍了施工过程中的技术难点、分期施工方案和变形控制措施。通过有限元分析验证了改装方案的可行性,并制定了详细的变形控制方案,确保了改装过程中的船体变形量在可控范围内,保障了作业安全和施工质量。本研究可为后续类似改装工程提供重要的工艺技术和管理经验参考。This paper takes the conversion project of a Platform Supply Vessel(PSV)into a Service Operation Vessel(SOV)for offshore wind farm operations undertaken by a shipyard as a case study.The research focuses on the entire conversion process from structural removal to renewal under floating conditions.Key technical challenges during construction,phased construction plans,and deformation control measures are highlighted.The feasibility of the conversion scheme is verified through finite element analysis,and a detailed deformation control plan is developed to ensure that the hull deformation remains within acceptable limits throughout the conversion process,thereby guaranteeing operational safety and construction quality.This study provides valuable technical and managerial insights for similar conversion projects in the future.
