摘 要:利用计算机仿真和水循环试验系统测试,分析了阻流体直径、间径比以及双俘能结构串列情况下内置压电悬臂梁柔性圆管涡致振动俘能结构的性能。结果表明:俘能结构的输出电压随着圆柱阻流体直径的增大而增大,随着间径比的增加先增加后降低。当阻流体直径为0.03 m,高为0.05 m,间径比为3时,最优输出电压峰-峰值为5.83 V。当两个参数完全相同的俘能结构串列放置试验时,两者的输出电压大不相同,第2个俘能结构的输出电压远大于第1个俘能结构。综合考虑两个俘能结构的电压值,当间径比为4时,得到两个结构产生的电压值分别为0.71 V和5.24 V,优于间径比为其他值的情况。Using computer simulation and water cycle test system,the performance of vortex-induced vibration energy capture structure of flexible circular tube with built-in piezoelectric cantilever beam is analyzed under the condition of resistance fluid diameter,diameter ratio and double energy capture structure in series.The results show that the output voltage of the energy harvesting structure increases with the increasing of diameter of the cylindrical resistance fluid,and increases first and then decreases with the increasing of pitch-to-diameter ratio.When the diameter of the resistive fluid is 0.03 m,the height is 0.05 m,and the inter-diameter ratio is 3,the optimal output voltage peak-to-peak is 5.83 V.When the two energy harvesting structures with the same parameters are placed in series,the output voltages of the two are very different,and the output voltage of the second energy harvesting structure is much larger than that of the first energy harvesting structure.Considering the voltage values of the two energy harvesting structures,when the inter-diameter ratio is 4,the voltage values generated by the two structures are 0.71 V and 5.24 V,respectively,which is better than the other values.
