摘 要:刀齿瞬时切削能耗是评价高效铣刀动态切削性能的重要指标。已有的铣刀切削能耗解算模型中缺乏瞬时切削能耗在刀齿切削刃上的分布信息,无法准确识别切削刃不同位置瞬时切削状态的复杂性和多变性。针对由于切削边界不确定导致无法准确识别切削刃瞬时切削能耗分布区域的问题,提出主副切削刃瞬时边界的解算方法,获得振动与磨损作用下的主副切削刃方程。建立瞬时切削能耗分布及其分形维数的解算模型,获得瞬时切削能耗在刀齿上的分布情况。提出切削能耗动态分布特性识别方法,利用分形维数的极值、变异系数与一阶差分,揭示不同刀齿瞬时切削能耗分布的动态特性,并利用铣削加工表面形貌与刀齿后刀面磨损深度试验结果进行验证。Instantaneous cutting energy consumption of cutter teeth is an important index for evaluating dynamic cutting performance of high-efficiency milling cutters.Existing milling cutter cutting energy consumption calculation models lack distribution information of instantaneous cutting energy on cutting edge of cutter teeth to make it difficult to correctly identify the complexity and variability of instantaneous cutting state at different positions of cutting edge.Here,aiming at the problem of unable correctly identifying instantaneous cutting energy consumption distribution area of cutting edge due to the uncertainty of cutting boundary,a solving method for instantaneous boundary of main and minor cutting edges was proposed,and equations for main and minor cutting edges under vibration and wear were obtained.A calculation model for instantaneous cutting energy consumption distribution and its fractal dimension was established to obtain instantaneous cutting energy consumption distribution on cutter teeth.A method for identifying dynamic distribution characteristics of cutting energy consumption was proposed.Extreme value,coefficient of variation and first-order difference of fractal dimension were used to reveal dynamic characteristics of instantaneous cutting energy consumption distributions of different cutter teeth,and the proposed method was verified with test results of milling surface morphology and cutter teeth rear face wear depth.
