摘 要:针对装甲车辆悬挂系统中的旋转式磁流变阻尼器设计了一种内置式悬挂传感器,将阻尼器摇臂旋转角度、单轴加速度和温度测量集成至单板系统。三路传感器信号通过模拟-数字转换器采样、调制、传输和解调,实现了多传感器的数字化传输。通过对安装结构的热力学仿真、磁场仿真,确定了传感器的隔热结构、散热结构和磁路结构,仿真结果显示,传感器在磁流变阻尼器工作范围内及外部磁场干扰下依然能够稳定工作,展现出良好的环境适应性,并且有体积小、抗干扰能力强的优点。Here,a built-in suspension sensor was designed for rotary magnetorheological(MR)damper in suspension system of armored vehicles to integrate measuring damper rocker arm rotating angle,uniaxial acceleration and temperature into a single board system.Signals from 3 sensors were digitized through analog-to-digital converter sampling,modulation,transmission and demodulation to realize multi-sensor digital transmission.Thermodynamic simulation and magnetic field simulation of the installed structure were used to determine insulation structure,heat dissipation structure and magnetic circuit structure of sensors.The simulation results showed that sensors can still operate stably within working range of MR damper and under external magnetic field interference to exhibit good environmental adaptability and have advantages of small size and strong anti-interference ability.
