摘  要:为研究不同环境温度下钢管约束混凝土(steel tube confined concrete,STCC)柱的抗震性能,开展了9根不同温度工况下的STCC柱拟静力试验,分析各试件在不同温度下的试验现象及破坏形态,揭示环境温度对STCC柱抗震性能的影响机理。针对现行STCC骨架曲线模型计算方法中未考虑环境影响的不足,基于试验和有限元计算结果,提出了考虑环境温度影响的STCC理论骨架曲线特征点温度修正计算公式。结果表明:环境温度变化引起的STCC材料变异和温度附加套箍效应对试件水平承载力和延性影响显著,环境高温(60℃)会使核心混凝土强度降低,且在钢-混凝土界面易发生脱粘脱空,导致试件承载力和延性分别下降9.4%、12.2%;低温(-40℃)工况下,由于核心混凝土强度提高,同时外壁钢管对核心混凝土的约束作用加强,使试件承载力提升18.7%,但其延性最大降低47.2%,对抗震产生不利影响;所提考虑环境温度影响的STCC理论骨架曲线具有较好的可靠性和精度,可为高寒大温差地区该类型结构的抗震设计提供必要理论依据。Here,to study aseismic performance of steel tube confined concrete(STCC)columns under different environmental temperatures,9 quasi-static tests were conducted for STCC columns under different temperature conditions to analyze test phenomena and failure modes of various specimens under different temperatures,and reveal affecting mechanism of environmental temperature on aseismic performance of STCCs.Aiming at the problem of not considering environmental effects in the current calculation method for skeleton curve model of STCC,based on test and finite element calculation results,a temperature correction formula for characteristic points of theoretical skeleton curve of STCC considering effects of environmental temperature was proposed.The results showed that variation of STCC material caused by environmental temperature changes and temperature-induced additional constraint effect have a significant impact on horizontal load-bearing capacity and ductility of specimens;high environmental temperature of 60℃ can reduce core concrete strength,and debonding and hollowing are prone to occur at steel-concrete interface to cause decrease in 9.4% and 12.2% in load-bearing capacity and ductility of specimens,respectively;under low temperature of -40℃ condition,due to increase in core concrete strength and the strengthened constraint effect of outer wall steel pipe on core concrete,load-bearing capacity of specimen increases by 18.7%,but its ductility reduces by over to 47.2% to generate an adverse effect on aseismic performance;the proposed theoretical skeleton curve of STCC considering effects of environmental temperature can have better reliability and accuracy,and provide necessary theoretical basis for aseismic design of this type of structures in high cold and large temperature difference areas.
