带SMA杆-摩擦阻尼器的钢结构仿古建筑梁柱节点抗震性能研究

摘  要:为增强钢结构仿古建筑的震后快速修复能力,提出了一种适用于仿古建筑形制特点的形状记忆合金(shape memory alloy,SMA)杆-摩擦阻尼器串联装置,通过对附加和不附加该串联装置的钢结构仿古建筑梁柱节点试件进行低周反复加载试验,对比分析了两种节点的破坏特征、荷载-位移曲线、刚度、滞回耗能与复位能力等。结果表明,当位移角不超过1.8%时,仅SMA杆被拉伸,随着加载位移继续增大,摩擦阻尼器和SMA杆共同作用。附加SMA杆-摩擦阻尼器串联装置可有效提升钢结构仿古建筑梁柱节点的抗震性能,极限承载力和累计耗能量相应提高了151.0%、86.0%,残余位移减小了27.0%,试件的损伤和变形主要发生在梁柱节点角钢处。建立了带SMA杆-摩擦阻尼器串联装置的钢结构仿古建筑梁柱节点的有限元模型并进行了参数分析,结果表明,节点的极限承载力随着摩擦阻尼器起滑力的增大而增加,随着轴压比的增大而降低,而SMA杆预紧力的影响较小可以忽略。Here,to enhance post-earthquake rapid repair capability of steel imitated ancient building,a shape memory alloy(SMA)bar-friction damper series device suitable for structural characteristics of antique building was proposed.Through low cycle repeated loading tests for steel imitated ancient building beam-column joint specimens with and without adding the series device,failure characteristics,load-displacement curves,stiffness,hysteresis energy dissipation and resetting ability of the two types of joints were analyzed contrastively.The results showed that when displacement angle does not exceed 1.8%,only SMA rod is stretched and with increase in loading displacement,the friction damper and SMA bar work together,the additional SMA bar-friction damper series device can effectively improve seisimic performance of beam-column joints in steel imitated ancient building,their ultimate load-bearing capacity and cumulative energy dissipation increase by 151.0% and 86.0%,respectively,and residual displacement reduces by 27.0%;damage and deformation of specimens mainly occur at angle steel places of beam-column joints.The finite element model of a steel imitated ancient building beam-column joint with a series device of SMA bar-friction damper was established and its parametric analysis was performed.The results showed that the ultimate load-bearing capacity of the joint increases with increase in sliding force of friction damper and decreases with increase in axial compression ratio,while effects of SMA bar preload is smaller and they can be ignored.
