新质生产力推动中国体育用品制造业转型升级的实证研究——基于耦合协调度与空间集聚性视角

摘　　要：大力推进我国现代化产业体系建设,加快发展新质生产力,是产业实现高质量发展推进数字化转型和智能化升级的新要求。基于新质生产力的理论内涵,就新质生产力与体育用品制造业转型升级长远发展原则下构建其综合评价指标体系,运用熵权法、Dagum基尼系数及分解法、kernel估计及空间相关性检验对我国新质生产力与体育用品制造业转型升级耦合协调发展水平进行测度。研究结果显示:新质生产力发展水平总体呈上升趋势,体育用品制造业转型升级水平有待提高,各省市(自治区)发展水平存在显著差异;省市新质生产力与体育用品制造业转型升级耦合协调水平呈梯度上升,区域间耦合协调水平存在明显“两极分化”;新质生产力与体育用品制造业转型升级发展存在显著聚集效应,主要表现出高-高聚集和低-低聚集,呈现明显的空间溢出效应。提出以下建议:(1)推动新质生产力的核心要素赋能体育用品制造业数字化转型和智能化升级;(2)重视地区差异化的新质生产力与体育用品制造业转型升级耦合发展及协同建设;(3)发挥新质生产力与体育用品制造业耦合的“近邻”效应,强化区域协调发展的辐射效用等为助推体育新质生产力形成、实现体育经济高质量发展提供新思路。Vigorously promoting the construction of China's modern industrial system and accelerating the development of new quality productivity are new requirements for industries to achieve high-quality development,digital transformation,and intelligent upgrading.Based on the theoretical connotation of new quality productivity,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for new quality productivity and the transformation and upgrading of the sporting goods manufacturing industry under the principle of long-term development.Using entropy weight method,Dagum Gini coefficient and decomposition,kernel estimation,and spatial convergence tests,this study measures the level of coupling and coordinated development between China's new quality productivity and the transformation and upgrading of the sporting goods manufacturing industry.The results show that:(1)The overall development level of new quality productivity is on the rise;(2)The level of transformation and upgrading of the sporting goods manufacturing industry needs improvement;(3)There are significant differences in the development levels across provinces and cities(autonomous regions);(4)The coupling and coordination levels between provincial new quality productivity and the transformation and upgrading of the sporting goods manufacturing industry show a gradient increase,with obvious"polarization"between regions;(5)There is a significant agglomeration effect in the development of new quality productivity and the transformation and upgrading of the sporting goods manufacturing industry,mainly characterized by high-high agglomeration and low-low agglomeration,with evident spatial spillover effects.Therefore,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Promote the core elements of new quality productivity to empower the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of the sporting goods manufacturing industry;(2)Pay attention to the coupling development and synergistic construction of new quality productivity and the transformation and upgrading of
