摘 要:随着分布式可再生能源、用户侧储能以及电动汽车的发展,电力用户多以“产消者”形式接入配电系统,单纯以电价引导用户改变用电行为的方式,已难以充分体现电力的环境价值,不利于释放产消者节能减碳潜力和推动能源系统低碳转型。针对此问题,提出基于碳排放流的多产消者配电系统碳电协同调度方法。首先,提出基于电能量及环境价值信号的多产消者配电系统碳电协同运行框架,通过有限信息交互挖掘分布式资源的环境价值。其次,结合配电系统分布式可再生能源接入及辐射状网络特征,提出有源配电网碳排放流计算方法。在此基础上,提出了多产消者配电系统碳电协同双层优化调度模型,上层模型为考虑网损碳排放成本的配电系统调度模型,形成价值信号;下层模型为产消者本地自调度模型,实现低碳产用能管理。最后,通过改进的IEEE 33节点配电系统进行分析,结果表明所提模型可以有效引导产消者就地消纳可再生能源,进一步体现电能的环境价值。With the development of distributed renewable energy,user side energy storage and electric vehicles,electricity consumers are mostly connected to the distribution system in the form of prosumers.The traditional guidance for electricity consumption behavior by electricity price is difficult to reflect the environmental value of electricity,which is not conducive to release carbon reduction potential of prosumers and promote the low-carbon transformation of energy system.To solve this problem,a carbon-electricity cooperative scheduling method based on carbon emission flow is proposed in this paper.Firstly,a framework for the collaborative operation of carbon and electricity in the multi-prosumer power distribution system based on electric energy and environmental value signals is proposed,which excavates the potential of the environmental value of distributed resources through limited information interaction.Secondly,a calculation method of carbon emission flow of active distribution network is proposed considering the distributed renewable energy integration and the radial topology.On this basis,a two-layer optimal scheduling model is proposed for the multi-prosumer distribution system.The upper level model is a distribution system scheduling model considering the cost of network loss carbon emission,which forms a value signal.The lower layer model is the local self-scheduling model of the prosumer,which realizes the low-carbon energy production and consumption management.Finally,an improved IEEE 33-bus system is adopted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model,including the promotion of the local consumption of renewable energy and the exploration of environmental values of electric energy.
