摘 要:随着光伏系统的高渗透率接入,配电网的稳定运行面临挑战,尤其是电压稳定性问题。增配储能可以有效改善配电网电压稳定问题,但如何准确且全面地评价电压稳定性仍需进一步探索。此外,不同储能系统的选址定容方案将导致不同的配置成本,并对电压稳定性产生不同程度的影响。首先,综合考虑广度、深度、差异性3个方面的综合评价,以电压均衡趋近为目的,基于福斯特-格里尔-索别克(FosterGreer Thorbecke,FGT)指数提出静态电压稳定性评价指标。其次,构建了一个以静态电压稳定性最优与储能综合成本最小为目标,同时考虑潮流、网络平衡等约束,构建光伏配电网电池储能选址定容配置模型。通过粒子群算法求解得到电池储能选址定容最优方案。最后,基于高比例光伏接入的IEEE 33节点配电网进行算例分析,结果验证了所提电压稳定性评价指标与选址定容方法的有效性。High penetration of photovoltaic(PV)integration affects the stable operation of distribution networks,particularly highlighting voltage stability issues.Placing energy storage can effectively mitigate voltage stability problems in distribution networks.However,accurately and comprehensively assessing voltage stability remains an area requiring further exploration in such issues.Additionally,different placement and sizing schemes of energy storage incur varying configuration costs,impacting voltage stability to different extents.Therefore,this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation index of static voltage stability based on the Foster Greer Thorbecke(FGT)index considering the comprehensive evaluation from three aspects as breadth,depth,and diversity,aiming to achieve voltage balance.Subsequently,aiming to optimize static voltage stability and minimize overall energy storage costs,considering constraints such as power flow and network balance,a placement and sizing model of battery energy storage in PV distribution network is developed,based on which the optimal placement and sizing scheme of battery energy storage is obtained using the particle swarm algorithm.Finally,a case study on the IEEE-33 node distribution network with high PV integration validates the effectiveness of the proposed voltage stability evaluation index and the placement and sizing method.
