摘 要:室内循环风激光空气消毒机作为一种新兴消毒设备在空气消杀净化领域拥有广泛的应用前景,如医院、人流密集区的呼吸道疾病防治等。为此,针对室内循环风激光空气消毒机的使用环境与设备参数,对其使用效率的影响进行了研究,使用ANSYS Fluent软件和计算流体动力学数值模拟方法分别从室内空气循环效果和病毒消杀效果等方面进行仿真研究,考虑了室内位置、进出风口位置、消杀效率、温度和相对湿度5个因素,并对结果进行数理统计与流体力学分析,最终得出在相对湿度90%、消杀效率99%、进出风口位置为两个出风口在消毒机侧边且一个进风口在消毒机顶部、温度为25℃、室内位置为角落放置时,能够达到消杀时间最短的效果,探究了不同因素对激光空气消毒机运行情况的影响程度和作用机理,仿真所得出的结果为紫外激光空气消毒机的设计和改进提供了理论依据。The indoor circulating laser air disinfection machine,as an emerging disinfection device,has broad application prospects in the field of air sterilization and purification,such as the prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases in hospitals and crowded areas.To this end,the influence of the usage environment and device parameters on its efficiency is investigated.Using ANSYS Fluent software and computational fluid dynamics numerical simulation method,simulations are conducted separately on indoor air circulation and virus sterilization effects,considering five factors:indoor position,inlet and outlet position,sterilization efficiency,temperature,and relative humidity.The results are then subjected to statistical analysis and fluid mechanics analysis.The findings indicate that,under conditions of 90%relative humidity,99%sterilization efficiency,two outlets placed on the side of the disinfecting machine and one inlet on the top,a temperature of 25℃,and a position placed in the corner of the room,the shortest disinfection time can be achieved and the influence degree and mechanism of different factors on the operation of the laser air sterilizer are explored.The results of the simulations provide a theoretical basis for the design and improvement of the ultraviolet laser air disinfection machine.
