摘 要:针对汽车自动化生产线实训课程所面临的种种挑战,如硬件套数短缺、实验时长有限以及场地局限等问题对于学员们的学习体验和实际操作能力的制约,利用虚拟现实技术结合Unity3D软件,打造了一款汽车模具冲压生产线仿真系统。该系统经过精心设计和优化,不仅研究了三维建模的优化处理、模型与场景的流畅加载,并通过人性化的交互界面使学员们能够轻松上手。系统实现了机械臂的逼真运动仿真和精确的碰撞检测,使学员们更直观地了解生产线的运作流程,提升实际操作能力。这一系统的应用不仅局限于教学实训,还可以作为企业生产监控的可视化工具,有力地助力企业提高生产效率。同时,作为员工培训和学生学习的有力工具,该系统有效地弥补了线下实验条件的不足,显著提升了教学培训质量。这款汽车模具冲压生产线仿真系统不仅具有广泛的应用前景,还为学员们提供了一个安全、高效、真实的学习环境,促进了汽车自动化生产线实训课程的持续发展和优化。In response to the challenges faced by the automated automobile production line practical training course,the shortage of hardware sets,the limited duration of the experiment,and the limitation of the venue are constraints to the learning experience and practical operation ability of the trainees,a simulation system for automotive mold stamping production line is created by using virtual reality technology combined with Unity3D software.This system has been carefully designed and optimized,not only to study the optimization of 3D modeling,the smooth loading of models and scenes,but also to enable the students to get started easily through the user-friendly interactive interface.The system realizes realistic motion simulation and accurate collision detection of the robotic arm,which enables the trainees to understand the operation process of the production line more intuitively and improve their practical operation ability.The application of this system is not only limited to teaching and training,but also can be used as a visualization tool for enterprise production monitoring and control,which can help enterprises to improve production efficiency.At the same time,as a powerful tool for staff training and student learning,the system effectively makes up for the lack of offline experimental conditions,significantly improving the quality of teaching and training.This automotive die stamping production line simulation system not only has a wide range of application prospects,but also provides a safe,efficient and realistic learning environment for students,and promotes the continuous development and optimization of automotive automated production line practical training courses.
