摘 要:为改善低比转速离心风机的气动性能,以6-27No.4.5型离心风机为研究对象,首先完成参数化建模,利用商业软件CFX求解雷诺平均N-S方程,通过调整过渡点位置分析双圆弧叶片特性,得到全压不低于单圆弧、全压效率最高的双圆弧叶片,与试验结果对比表明,额定点全压误差仅为1.8%,验证了仿真方法的正确性。在此基础上分析叶片数对气动性能影响,最后通过调整叶片进气的几何参数与响应面优化,得到最佳双圆弧叶片。结果表明,在保持进出口直径与安装角不变情况下,并非所有的双圆弧叶片风机全压高于单圆弧风机,而双圆弧叶片效率明显优于单圆弧叶片。随叶片数的增加,全压、效率均先增加后减小,对应最高值的叶片数分别为16片、9片。最高效点对应流量不随叶片数的变化而变化,最优风机在额定流量、全压相当的条件下,效率提高了3.3%,叶轮进出气得到明显改善,流道内流场更加流畅,湍流动能明显减低。双圆弧叶片可为低比转速离心风机的优化设计提供参考。6-27No.4.5 centrifugal fan is taken as the research object to improve the aerodynamic performance of the low specific speed centrifugal fan.Firstly,a parameterized fan model is established.The aerodynamic characteristics of variable dual-arc blades are simulated on CFX software by solving Reynolds N-S equations.The blades are restructured by modifying the geometric constrains of transition point.Under the condition of unchanging the total pressure of single arc blades fan,a relatively higher effective dual-arc blade fan is established.The results indicates an 1.8%deviation to the simulation result of total pressure at rated volume.The correctness of the simulation method is verified.A further comparison of the effect of the number of blades is made.Finally,the optimal fan with dual-arc blades is designed by response surface method via adjusting inlet parameters.The results show that total pressure of the dual-arc blades fan partially exceeds to the single arc one.Total pressure effectiveness of dual-arc blades fan is visibly higher.The total pressure and effectiveness of the fan increases as the numbers of blades increase initially and decrease afterwards,corresponding to the highest value of the number 16 and 9 respectively.The highest effectiveness of air volume is constant at variable numbers of blades.An increase of 3.3%of total pressure effectiveness is obtained.The flow and the turbulence kinetic energy inside the impeller is clearly improved and decreased respectively.The application of the dual-arc bladeson alow specific speed centrifugal fan can be referred to improve the design of the efficient and energy-saving centrifugal fan.
