摘 要:目前离散制造业在配送设备、调度策略具有选择多样性,以及当前企业对离散制造的生产质量、质量、管理有多方面的综合要求。基于上述要求构建了一种考虑设备能力、物流配置的多目标优化方法。首先构建包含生产指标、管理指标、能效指标的离散制造车间综合性能指标评价体系,明确车间综合性能影响因素。其次定义生产组织优化边界约束条件和优化函数,采用基于证据推理的决策方法得到最优方案。最后以某汽车制造车间为例,构建可重构特征的物流配送仿真模型验证车间综合性能多目标优化方法的实用性和有效性,得出以生产质量为主要优化目标并兼顾生产能效的最佳方案,帮助企业能够更有效地管理复杂的生产和物流系统,实现生产过程的持续改进和优化。Currently,the logistics distribution systems in discrete manufacturing industries exhibit a variety of choices in terms of distribution equipment and scheduling strategies.Moreover,there are multifaceted integrated requirements from enterprises regarding production quality,efficiency,and management in discrete manufacturing.Based on these requirements,a multi-objective optimization method considering equipment capability and logistics scheduling has been constructed.Firstly,a comprehensive performance indicator evaluation system for discrete manufacturing workshops,including production indicators,management indicators,and energy efficiency indicators,has been established to elucidate the factors influencing workshop comprehensive performance.Then,the boundary constraints and optimization functions for production organization optimization have been defined,and an optimal solution has been obtained using a decision-making method based on evidence reasoning.Lastly,an example of an certain automobile manufacturing workshop has been used to construct a reconfigurable logistics distribution simulation model,which validates the the practicality and effectiveness of the multi-objective optimization method for comprehensive performance of the workshop.The optimal solution,prioritizing production quality and accounting for efficiency,has been identified to enhance enterprise management of complex production-logistics systems,fostering continuous process improvement.
