摘　　要：对于电子行业领域中检修和维修的仪器仪表以及其他工具而言,一直存在元器件测量数值准确度低、功能单一和维修实施不方便等问题。针对维修效率低、设备成本高等问题,设计了以单片机为主控制器的一种LCF便携式多功能维修箱,通过单片机连接外部控制电路对信号采集和计算得到电感、电容和频率的检测数值,并在屏幕上显示检测结果值,维修箱上搭载的可调恒温电烙铁,可通过温控系统控制电路进行温度信息采集读取,经过模糊自整定PID算法融合后输出控制温度,使得电烙铁的温度达到设置目标值,提高了温度控制的精确度,维修箱可对锂电池进行太阳能充电,解决系统在户外工作中无法充电的问题。实验结果表明,设计的LCF便携式多功能维修箱在电子维修过程中电烙铁恒温控制到达目标温度稳定,波动幅度小,在元器件参数数据检测上准确率为96%。For instruments and other tools used for maintenance and repair in the electronics industry,there have always been problems such as low accuracy of component measurement values,single functionality,and inconvenient maintenance implementation.In response to the problems of low maintenance efficiency and high equipment costs,an LCF portable multifunctional maintenance box is designed with a microcontroller as the main controller.By connecting the external control circuit to collect the microcontroller,signal acquisition and calculation are performed to obtain the detection values of inductance,capacitance,and frequency,which are displayed on the screen.The adjustable constant temperature electric soldering iron carried on the maintenance box can collect and read temperature information through the temperature control system control circuit.After fuzzy self-tuning PID algorithm fusion,the temperature of the soldering iron reaches the set target value,improving the accuracy of temperature control.The maintenance box can charge the lithium battery with solar energy,solving the problem of the system being unable to charge outdoors.Experimental results show that the LCF portable multifunctional maintenance box has stable temperature control of the soldering iron reaching the target temperature with small fluctuations during electronic maintenance process,and an accuracy rate of 96%in component parameter data detection.
