摘  要:为解决枢纽地区直供牵引变电所改造增出AT馈线的成本高、对既有铁路供电影响大、施工过渡复杂、运营维护困难等问题,提出一种利用既有场坪更换牵引变压器并扩建高压室的改造方案。将既有牵引所内的牵引变压器由VV接线更换为VY接线,同时扩建既有高压室用于布置新增的AT馈线GIS开关柜设备,既解决了供电需求,同时又实现经济、便捷、便于运营维护的改造效果。以青盐铁路青岛西牵引变电所为案例,通过实地考察以及结合建设公司、设备管理部门的探讨意见,对该牵引变电所提出多种改造方案,在改造成本、施工过渡、运营维护等方面进行综合对比分析,同时结合实际应用效果得出更换牵引变压器并扩建高压室为最优改造方案的结论,实现了以最少的成本在既有用地内改造直供牵引变电所增出AT馈线的难题。In order to solve the problem of adding AT feeders in the traction substations with direct power supply in the hub area,such as high cost,great impact on existing railway power supply,complex construction transition,and difficult operation and maintenance,a transformation plan is proposed which would use the existing field flat to replace the traction transformer and expand the high-voltage room.The traction transformers within the existing traction station are replaced from VV wiring to VY wiring,while the existing high-voltage room is expanded to arrange the new AT feeder GIS switch gear equipment,thereby solving the power supply requirement and achieving economy,convenience and easy operation and maintenance transformation effects.Taking the Qingdao West traction substation of the Qingdao-Yancheng Railway as an example.Through on-the-spot investigation and the discussion opinions of the construction company and equipment management department,various transformation plans are proposed for the traction substation.A comprehensive comparative analysis has been conducted,including but not limited to transformation costs,construction transition,operation and maintenance.By considering the actual application results,it is concluded that replacing the traction transformer and expanding the high-voltage chamber would be the optimal transformation plan,solving the problem of transforming the direct supply traction substation and adding AT feeders in the existing land at the lowest cost.
