某风场风机齿轮箱输出轴轴承温度问题研究

摘  要:南方城市某风场的3.6 MW齿轮箱,在运行初期出现了高速轴电机侧轴承温度临界和与叶片侧轴承温度差距超过设计要求的问题。为了降低因环境温度升高造成的温度报警甚至轴承烧损的风险,针对此实际问题,对齿轮箱结构和传感器选型进行分析和检查后,发现温差问题是由于温度传感器选型不合理导致温度测量不准引起的,更换温度传感器后温差问题得以解决。面对高速轴电机侧轴承温度临界问题,初期判断为高速轴轴承游隙过小所致,但在风场调整个别齿轮箱的高速轴游隙后问题并未得到明显改善。结合设计经验、查阅齿轮箱润滑系统设计文件、检查出厂试验数据,推断为高速轴电机侧轴承润滑油量不足原因所致,并设计台架试验证实了此原因,同时发现了此润滑点位的最佳油量。为了避免对其他润滑点位造成不良影响,对外部管路进行调整,将部分串联管路调整为并联管路,同时对润滑系统进行对比计算,得出最优整改方案。对风场齿轮箱进行整改后,经对运行数据进行监控对比,证实问题得以解决。The 3.6 MW gearbox of a wind farm in a southern city had the problem that the temperature of the bearing on the side of the highspeed shaft motor was critical,and the temperature gap between the bearing on the side of the high-speed shaft motor exceeded the design requirements during the initial operation.After analyzing and inspecting the gearbox structure and sensor selection,it was found that the section sensor's unreasonable selection led to inaccurate temperature measurement,which caused the temperature difference problem.The temperature difference problem was resolved after the temperature sensor was replaced.The temperature problem was initially judged to be caused by the small clearance of the high-speed shaft bearing,but the problem was not significantly improved after adjusting the high-speed shaft clearance of individual gearboxes in the wind farm.Combined with the design experience,it is inferred that it is caused by the insufficient lubricating oil quantity of the high-speed shaft motor side bearing,and the bench test is designed to confirm this reason,and the optimal oil quantity of this lubrication point is found,and it is found that only adjusting the lubricating oil amount will have an adverse effect on the pressure of the lubrication system.In order to avoid the adverse impact on other lubrication points,the lubrication system was adjusted and the lubrication system was compared and calculated to obtain the optimal rectification plan,and the problem was solved after the rectification of the wind farm gearbox.
