摘  要:电-氢混合储能是建设新型电力系统的有效途径,传统电-氢转化方向单一,且未对电-氢转换中的热损失过程进行精确建模。为此,提出一种考虑可逆固体氧化物电池(RSOC)的虚拟电厂(VPP)分布鲁棒优化运行方法。根据Butler-Volmer方程和法拉第定律,分析H2流量与RSOC电功率之间的关系,建立RSOC的2种工作模式的等效物理模型;以VPP运行总成本最小化为目标函数,采用条件风险价值(CVaR)衡量VPP运行的尾部风险,建立基于CVaR的VPP优化运行模型;通过Kullback-Leibler散度量化分布函数与参考分布之间的距离,建立风电出力和负荷波动的分布函数集合。通过算例仿真验证所提模型的经济性和有效性。Electricity-hydrogen hybrid energy storage is an effective way to realize the construction of new power system.The direction of traditional electricity-hydrogen conversion is single and the heat loss pro-cess in the electricity-hydrogen conversion is not accurately modeled.Therefore,a distributionally robust optimal operation method of virtual power plant(VPP)considering reversible solid oxide cells(RSOCs)is proposed.According to Butler-Volmer equation and Faraday law,the relationship between H2 flow and RSOC power is analyzed and the equivalent physical models of the two RSOC working modes are estab-lished.Taking the minimum total operation cost of VPP as the objective function,conditional value at risk(CVaR)is used to measure the tail risk of VPP operation and the optimal operation model of VPP based on CVaR is established.The distance between the distribution function and the reference distribution is quantified by the Kullback-Leibler divergence,and the distribution function sets of wind power output and load fluctuation are established.The economy and effectiveness of the proposed model are verified by simulation examples.
