双有源桥DC-DC变换器电压及电流的非线性积分滑模控制策略

摘  要:针对应用于电池储能系统与直流母线互联的双有源桥DC-DC变换器,提出用于直流电压及充电电流控制的非线性积分滑模控制策略。根据开关函数的傅里叶级数,在单移相控制下建立变换器输出电压及储能电池充电电流的状态空间模型。引入误差缩放因子,将一类具有“小误差放大,大误差饱和”功能的光滑非线性饱和函数与滑模控制相结合,设计输出电压和充电电流的非线性积分滑模控制器。该控制策略可以有效改善系统的动态响应性能,快速跟踪参考变化,没有超调或下冲,稳态误差为0,而且该控制策略能够在输入或负载突变时有效保持系统原状态的稳定。设计的控制器控制模型简单,仅需要1个积分器,在保留传统积分滑模控制优点的同时,其误差缩放因子可调节系统的动态及稳态响应性能,避免因积分饱和而出现超调现象。搭建仿真模型和实验平台,验证了所提控制策略的有效性。Aiming at the dual active bridge DC-DC converter applied in the interconnection of battery ener-gy storage system and DC bus,a non-linear integral sliding mode control strategy for DC voltage and charging current control is proposed.According to the Fourier series of switching function,the state space models of converter output voltage and charging current of energy storage battery are established under the single phase-shift control.The error scaling factor is introduced,a class of smooth non-linear saturation functions with the function of“small error amplification,large error saturation”is combined with the sliding mode control,and the non-linear integral sliding mode controllers for output voltage and charging cur-rent are designed.The control strategy can effectively improve the system dynamic response performance,quickly track the reference change without overshoot or undershoot,and the steady-state error is zero.More-over,the control strategy can effectively maintain the stability of system original state when the input or load changes suddenly.The designed controller has a simple control model and only requires one integra-tor.While retaining the advantages of traditional integral sliding mode control,its error scaling factor can adjust the system dynamic and steady-state response performance,avoiding the overshoot phenomenon caused by integral saturation.The simulation models and experimental platform are established to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
