摘 要:目前应用阻抗法分析宽频振荡时,对模块化多电平变流器(MMC)通常仅建立互联电气回路的阻抗模型。尽管相关研究计及了MMC交流共模环流动态的影响,但从传递函数对系统模式可观性的角度考虑是不充分的。为此,基于谐波线性化理论,推导了计及频率耦合效应的MMC一维闭环环流回路阻抗模型,特别说明了由于环流回路无法实现可靠的源-荷划分,环流回路阻抗模型与已有阻抗模型在推导和检验方式上的区别。进一步改进对数导数判据,结合最优化方法,辨识嵌入闭环阻抗模型分子多项式的闭环系统模式。仿真验证了所提方法的有效性。At present,when using impedance method to analyze broadband oscillation,only the impedance model of interconnected electrical circuit is usually established for modular multilevel converter(MMC).Even if the influence of MMC AC common mode circulating current dynamics is considered in relevant re-searches,it is insufficient from the perspective of the observability of transfer functions to system modes.Therefore,based on the harmonic linearization theory,one-dimensional closed-loop circulating loop impedance model of MMC considering the frequency coupling effect is derived.In particular,the differences in derivation and verification methods between the circulating circuit loop impedance model and the existing impedance model are explained due to the inability of reliable source-load partition for the circulating cir-cuit.Furthermore,the logarithmic derivative criterion is improved,and the optimization method is combined to identify the closed-loop system mode embedded in the closed-loop impedance model numerator polynomial.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through simulation.
