摘 要:新型电力系统中新能源的不确定性、非线性等特征影响了传统电力系统的失稳特性,导致现有失步解列策略难以精确实施。在明晰新能源功率变化对振荡中心迁移影响的基础上,提出一种同调区间重构策略。以解列后子系统的源荷平衡率及负荷损失比例为优化目标,利用潮流控制器的无功调节能力在一定范围内调节失步振荡中心的位置。重构后的解列断面减小了失稳状态下新能源设备脱网的可能性,同时兼顾了分割失步振荡中心所带来的良好同调性。PSCAD的仿真对比验证了所提策略的有效性。The uncertainty and nonlinearity of new energy in the novel power system affect the instability characteristics of traditional power system,making it difficult to accurately implement existing out-of-step splitting strategies.A coherent interval reconstruction strategy is proposed based on clarifying the impact of new energy power change on oscillation center migration.Taking the source-load balance rate and load loss ratio of the decomposed subsystem as the optimization objectives,the reactive power regulation capability of power flow controller is used to adjust the position of out-of-step oscillation center within a certain range.The splitting sections after reconstruction reduce the possibility of new energy equipment being dis-connected from the grid under unstable condition,and consider the good coherence brought by dividing the out-of-step oscillation center.The effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified by PSCAD simulation comparison.
