共生理论视角下乡村体育赋能乡村全面振兴的现实困境与优化路径

摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,锚定农业强国、体育强国及健康中国建设愿景,基于共生理论视角,阐释乡村体育赋能乡村全面振兴的意蕴、困境及策略。价值意蕴:多元化乡村体育产业业态激活乡村产业活力,复合型乡村体育人才充实乡村人才队伍力量,优秀的乡村体育文化是繁荣乡村文化的载体,丰富的体育生态禀赋夯实乡村生态物质基础,骤增的乡村体育组织提升乡村组织治理效能。针对乡村体育赋能乡村全面振兴遭遇的产业供需失衡矛盾、人才队伍发展迟滞、文化信任危机加剧、生态认知普遍不足及组织协调治理效能较低等问题,提出以下纾困对策:共生单元方面,乡村体育主体激活与乡村振兴的内生动力;共生模式方面,乡村体育与乡村振兴深度融合与协同发展;共生环境方面,乡村体育与乡村振兴的外部支撑体系完善。Using the research methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper anchors the vision of building an agricultural power,a sports power,and a healthy China.Based on the perspective of symbiosis theory,it explains the implication,dilemma,and strategy of rural sports enabling rural comprehensive revitalization.Value implication:Diversified rural sports industry forms activate the vitality of rural industry;compound rural sports talents enrich the strength of the rural talent team;excellent rural sports culture is the carrier of prosperous rural culture;rich sports ecological endowments consolidate the rural ecological material foundation;and the rapid increase of rural sports organizations improves the governance efficiency of rural organizations.In view of the problems of industrial supply and demand imbalance,sluggish development of the talent team,deepening cultural trust crisis,general lack of ecological cognition,and low efficiency of organizational coordination and governance encountered in the comprehensive revitalization of rural sports empowerment,the following rescue measures are proposed:In terms of symbiotic unit,the endogenous driving force of rural sports main body activation and rural revitalization;in terms of symbiosis mode,rural sports and rural revitalization are deeply integrated and coordinated development;in terms of symbiotic environment,the external support system of rural sports and rural revitalization is perfected.
