档案与奥运遗产的良性互动研究

摘　　要：从奥林匹克运动的现实背景和档案学的专业背景出发,档案既是奥运遗产的重要组成部分,也是奥运遗产规划、治理、评估的全过程记录;奥运遗产随时代发展扩展了档案记录维度,丰富了档案价值体系。二者互为依托、相辅相成。档案与奥运遗产的互动关系,并非仅存在于档案事业与奥林匹克运动之间,还包括以档案为媒介,奥林匹克运动与文化、科技、经济、环境等各个领域所形成的互动关系,档案是实现奥运遗产可持续发展的坚实保障。鉴此,构建“档案+”互动模式。该模式以奥运遗产为“脚本”,将档案与各行业、各领域相结合,推动奥运遗产长久而广泛惠及于民众生活、城市建设、国家发展乃至全球治理;反向充分实现档案价值,服务国家发展战略、普惠社会。Based on the realistic background of the Olympic Movement and the professional background of archival science,archives are not only an important part of the Olympic legacy but also a record of the entire process of planning,governance,and evaluation of the Olympic legacy.The Olympic legacy,with the development of the times,has expanded the dimensions of archival records and enriched the archival value system.The two are mutually dependent and complementary.The interactive relationship between archives and the Olympic legacy is not only found between archival work and the Olympic Movement but also includes the interactions between the Olympic Movement and various fields such as culture,science and technology,economy,and environment,with archives as the medium.Archives are a solid guarantee for the sustainable development of the Olympic legacy.In view of this,the"archive+"interaction model is constructed.With the Olympic legacy as the"script,"the model integrates archives with various industries and fields to promote the long-lasting and extensive benefits of the Olympic legacy in people's lives,urban construction,national development,and even global governance;in the reverse direction,it fully realizes the value of archives,serves the national development strategy,and benefits society.
