北京冬奥遗产助推冰雪运动发展的逻辑关联、现实障碍与推进路径

摘　　要：后冬奥时期,北京冬奥遗产的挖掘与利用为冰雪运动的发展带来强劲动力和旺盛生命力。采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、实地访谈法等方法,对北京冬奥遗产助力冰雪运动的逻辑关联、现实障碍与突破路径进行分析。研究表明:北京冬奥遗产与冰雪运动可持续发展形成了一个动态的、相互促进的“双螺旋共生模型”,但在体育、社会、经济、文化、环境、区域与城市这七个遗产方面存在现实障碍。基于此,提出推进路径:1)改造升级冬奥场馆为冰雪运动激发新活力;2)调整冰雪产业结构为冰雪运动开拓新市场;3)加强冰雪人才培养为冰雪运动提供新支撑;4)弘扬北京冬奥精神为冰雪运动积蓄新势能;5)推进生态环境保护为冰雪运动拓展新空间;6)借助“三亿人参与冰雪”为冰雪运动注入新动能;7)提升城市公共服务为冰雪运动增添新引擎。In the post-Winter Olympics period,the exploitation and utilization of the Beijing Winter Olympic legacy have brought strong momentum and vitality to the development of winter sports.This study employs methods such as document literature,logical analysis,and field interviews to analyze the logical connection,realistic barriers,and breakthrough pathways of the Beijing Winter Olympic legacy in supporting the development of winter sports.The study shows that the Beijing Winter Olympic legacy and the sustainable development of winter sports form a dynamic,mutually promoting"double helix symbiosis model."However,there are realistic obstacles in seven heritage aspects:sports,society,economy,culture,environment,region,and city.Based on this,the following proposals are put forward:upgrading and renovating Winter Olympic venues to stimulate new vitality for winter sports;adjusting the industrial structure of winter sports to develop new markets;strengthening winter sports talent cultivation to provide new support;promoting the Beijing Winter Olympic spirit to accumulate new momentum;promoting ecological and environmental protection to expand new space for winter sports;using the"300 million people participating in winter sports"initiative to inject new energy into winter sports;and enhancing urban public services to add new engines to winter sports.
