美国竞技体操发展经验及对我国的启示

摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析、专家访谈等方法,对美国竞技体操发展的经验进行系统研究,以期为提升新周期我国竞技体操实力提供参考。结论:多元主体协同的竞技体操组织管理体系、科学规划与实施的竞技体操运动员培养体系、系统专业的竞技体操教练员培养体系、等级分明的竞技体操竞赛体系是美国竞技体操发展的经验。对我国的启示:完善竞技体操多元主体协同治理体制,激发基层体操发展活力;夯实运动员选拔与培养体系,全方位提升运动员个人技术水平;优化竞技体操教练员选拔与培养体系,促进竞技体操教练员专业能力发展;健全等级分明的竞技体操赛事体系,提升竞技体操赛事类型与数量。By using the methods of literature,logical analysis and expert interviews,this paper systematically studies the experience of the development of American Competitive Gymnastics,in order to provide reference for improving the strength of China's Competitive Gymnastics in the new cycle.Conclusion:The development experience of Competitive Gymnastics in the United States is the organization and management system of multi-subject collaborative competitive gymnastics,the training system of scientific planning and implementation of competitive gymnasts,the training system of systematic professional competitive gymnastics coaches,and the hierarchical competitive gymnastics competition system.
