摘　　要：在海洋工程建造领域,有效的工时管理是保证项目建造成功和按时交付的关键。管理人员需要及时对建造过程中发生的工时进行统计汇总,为人力计划、费用控制和进度管理提供准确合理的数据支持,以此来优化工时、降低成本、提高生产效率,最终帮助建造项目能够高效、经济完成。In the field of offshore engineering construction,effective man-hour management is the key to ensuring the success and timely delivery of project construction.Management personnel need to timely collect and summarize the working hours that occur during the construction process,providing accurate and reasonable data support for manpower planning,cost control,and schedule management,in order to optimize working hours,reduce costs,improve production efficiency,and ultimately help the construction project to be completed efficiently and economically.
