摘　　要：当前不同化妆品企业对原料的管控水平参差不齐,而原料直接影响化妆品的质量,对原料实施有效的源头管控才能进一步确保化妆品的质量安全与功效。原料准入审查和进货查验是化妆品生产质量管理的关键环节,文章结合现行法规标准要求和工作实践,对以上环节的工作内容和实施要点展开阐述,并提出相应建议,为化妆品企业对原料进行规范化管理提供参考。At present,the level of control of raw materials bydifferent cosmetics companies is uneven,and raw materials directly affect the quality of cosmetics,and the implementation of source control of raw materials can ensure the quality,safety and efficacy of cosmetics.Raw material access review and purchase inspection are key links in the quality management of cosmetics production.Combined with the requirements of current regulations,standards and work practices,the work content and implementation points of the above links are elaborated,and corresponding suggestions are put forward to provide reference for cosmetics enterprises to standardize the management of raw materials.
