摘 要:页岩油的提炼是包含化学反应且高能耗过程,会对环境造成一定影响,特别是在二氧化碳排放方面。文章通过实地考察结合相关资料,采用Aspen Plus软件进行油页岩干馏过程的仿真,并将仿真结果与工业生产数据进行比较和分析。结果表明,该模型可计算出与实际生产相吻合的结果。但是,由于参数设置与实际情况不完全一致,计算结果表明干馏气中甲烷及其他碳氢化合物的组分与实际情况有部分出入。通过改变主风量和主风饱和度,验证了结果的准确性,同时随着主风量增加,甲烷占比下降,氢气占比上升,可调节主风量和主风饱和度,调节气体的排放量。The extraction of shale oil involves chemical reactions and high energy consumption processes,which can have a certain impact on the environment,especially in terms of carbon dioxide emissions.This paper uses Aspen Plus software to simulate the oil shale dry distillation process through field investigation and relevant information,and compares and analyzes the simulation results with industrial production data.The results indicate that the model can calculate results that are consistent with actual production.However,due to the parameter settings not being completely consistent with the actual situation,the calculation results show that the composition of methane and other hydrocarbons in the dry distillation gas is partially different from the actual situation.The accuracy of the results was verified by changing the main air volume and main air saturation.At the same time,as the main air volume increased,the proportion of methane decreased and the proportion of hydrogen increased.Adjustable main air volume and saturation,and adjustable gas emissions.
