摘　　要：近年来,随着经济不断发展,乳化炸药的需求也逐年增加。但乳化炸药生产过程具有很高的风险性,一旦发生安全生产事故则会造成巨大的人员财产损失,因此乳化炸药的安全生产问题也受到高度重视。文章结合JK-HK型无固定操作人员乳化炸药生产线技术改造实践,从原料准备、制乳、敏化装药、包装等主要生产环节,指出了生产线在技术改造方面采取的一系列措施,力求推动乳化炸药生产线不断提升本质安全生产水平。In recent years,with the continuous development of the economy,the demand for emulsion explosives has also increased year by year.However,emulsified explosive production process has a high risk,once the safety accident will cause huge personnel and property losses,so the safety production of emulsified explosive is also highly valued.Based on the practice of technical transformation of JK-HK emulsion explosive production line without fixed operators,this paper points out a series of measures taken in the technical transformation of the production line from the main production steps of raw material preparation,milk making,sensitive charge,packaging and so on,and tries to promote the emulsion explosive production line to continuously improve the essential safety production level.
