摘　　要：文章详细介绍了抚顺式油页岩分级干馏工艺循环瓦斯混兑装置的结构与原理、改造方案及实施效果。该装置通过混兑冷、热循环瓦斯,有效解决了现有技术中热循环瓦斯温度波动大、管道结焦严重、干馏炉供热不稳定等问题,实现了页岩油产量的稳定提升,具有重要的实际应用价值。This paper introduces in detail the structure,principle,transformation scheme and implementation effect of the circulating gas mixing device for Fushun oil shale staged retorting process.The device effectively solves the problems of large temperature fluctuation of hot circulating gas,serious coking in pipelines and unstable heating of retorting furnace in the existing technology by mixing cold and hot circulating gas.It realizes the stable increase of shale oil production and has important practical application value.
