摘 要:依据残余应力超声法检测技术在其应用原理上的进一步拓展,文章首先建立对焊接工艺质量的分析应用,并对其关键性能指标数据进行检测试验采集;其次,对焊接工作过程中的质量进行数据化监督,通过数据分析,对焊接工艺执行情况精准判定,减少破坏性试验带来的成本、时间损耗;最后,通过对焊缝进行残余应力检测,控制焊接质量。结果表明,残余应力的超声检测系统可以较为准确地反映不同焊接工艺的执行优劣情况、焊接质量水平。利用超声波应力检测技术测定管道对接焊缝在不同焊接工艺(不同焊接层数焊道焊满)的焊接残余应力大小及分布,对评定不同焊接工艺优劣提供参考依据。The application of ultrasonic methods for detecting residual stress,further extended based on the principles of its application,establishes an analytical application for the quality of welding processes and collects key performance indicator data through detection and testing trials.Secondly,the quality of the welding process is supervised through data-driven monitoring.By analyzing the data,precise judgments can be made regarding the execution of welding procedures,thereby reducing the costs and time consumption associated with destructive testing.Finally,by conducting residual stress testing on the welds,the quality of the welding is controlled.The results indicate that the ultrasonic detection system for residual stress can accurately reflect the execution quality and level of welding quality of different welding processes.Utilizing ultrasonic stress detection technology to measure the magnitude and distribution of residual stress in pipeline butt welds under various welding processes(with different numbers of weld layers and passes),provides a reference basis for evaluating the superiority of different welding techniques.
