摘 要:为了探究不同复合酶制剂对肉鸡生长性能及造肉成本的影响,选取288只18日龄AA白羽肉鸡随机分为3组,每组12个重复,每个重复8只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组和试验2组分别在基础日粮中添加1.5kg/t复合酶制剂A和复合酶制剂B。试验期23d。结果表明:在18~27日龄,与对照组相比,试验1、2组肉鸡增重显著增加(P<0.05),试验1组料肉比和造肉成本显著降低(P<0.05);在28~40日龄,与对照组相比,试验1、2组肉鸡增重显著增加(P<0.05),试验1组料肉比显著降低(P<0.05);在18~40日龄,与对照组相比,试验1、2组肉鸡增重显著增加(P<0.05),料肉比显著降低(P<0.05),试验1组造肉成本显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,在18~40日龄白羽肉鸡日粮中添加2种复合酶制剂均可以有效提升肉鸡的生长性能,并降低造肉成本,其中复合酶制剂A效果更佳。In order to investigate the effects of different composite enzyme preparations on the growth performance and meat production cost of broilers,28818-day-old AA white-feathered broilers were randomly divided into 3 groups for the comparative test treatments of different composite enzyme preparations.The comparative test treatments were divided into 1 control group and 2 treatment groups,with 12 replicates in each group and 8 chickens in each replicate.During the test period of 23 d,the control group was fed a basal diet,while the test groups 1 and 2 were supplemented with 1.5 kg of Complex Enzyme A and B per ton of basal diet,and the results showed that,from 18 to 27 days of age,compared with the control group,the weight gain of the chickens in the test groups 1 and 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed conversion ratio(FCR)and meat cost of the test group 1 were significantly reduced(P<0.05).From 28 to 40 days of age,compared with the control group,the weight gain of chickens in test groups 1 and 2 increased significantly(P<0.05),and the FCR of test group 1 decreased significantly(P<0.05);from 18 to 40 days of age,compared with the control group,the weight gain of chickens in test groups 1 and 2 increased significantly(P<0.05),the FCR decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the cost of meat production of test group 1 decreased significantly(P<0.05).The results show that the addition of enzyme preparation to the diets of white feather broilers from 18 to 40 days of age can effectively improve the growth performance of broilers and reduce the cost of meat production.Compound enzyme preparation A is more effective.
