摘 要:双碳目标提出以来,在新能源占比逐步提高的新型电力系统中,虚拟电厂作为新型电力系统的组成之一,其建设规模和可调能力不断提升,逐步成为支撑电网安全运行的有效手段。该文从虚拟电厂定义解析、国内外研究现状总结、核心关键技术与挑战分析、国内外技术验证典型案例4方面,理清虚拟电厂内涵和技术框架,从支撑电网经济高效运行角度出发探讨虚拟电厂技术现状和未来挑战,最后以国内外案例阐述虚拟电厂核心技术及应用成效,并展望未来技术发展方向。Since the proposal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,and with the increasing proportion of renewable energy in new type power system,the virtual power plant has emerged as one critical component.The scale and adjustable capability of virtual power plant have steadily advanced,gradually evolving into an effective measure for ensuring the secure operation of the power grid.This paper has firstly clarified the connotation and technical framework of the virtual power plant with four aspects,which are the definition of virtual power plant,summarization of current research landscape domestically and internationally,examination of key technologies and challenges,and notable technical verification case studies.The status and future challenges of virtual power plant have been explored from the perspective of supporting economical and efficient operation of the power grid.Furthermore,the paper illustrates the core technologies and application results through both domestic and international case studies.Finally,insights are provided into the future development trend of virtual power plant technology.
