摘 要:在可再生能源占比高的新型电力系统中,提高水电机组核心控制系统的稳定性、可靠性和智能化,是当前水电机组控制系统的重要研究方向。水电机组核心控制系统作为水电站自动化的关键,其发展趋势和创新对于水电在新型电网中的高效运行至关重要。首先对水力发电核心控制系统中调速和励磁两大关键环节的工作原理和协同分工进行了详细分析。随后探讨了在新型电力系统下,传统水力发电核心控制系统所面临的超宽负荷运行和系统调节能力不足,调相运行方式在中大型机组核心控制系统的缺失,一次调频能力不足和数字信息智能化水平低等问题。基于此,首先分析了调速系统、励磁系统和复合控制的发展趋势,然后探索一种针对小频差扰动的前馈调速控制方案来强化系统惯量,提高系统一次调频控制能力,设计水电机组核心控制系统数字孪生智能运维系统解决水电机组数字化建模和智能化应用等多方面的问题。最后,对新型电力系统下水电机组核心控制系统所面临的问题、发展趋势和解决思路进行了总结。Improving the stability,reliability and intelligence of the core control system of hydropower units in a new type of power system with a high proportion of renewable energy is an important research direction of the current control system of hydropower units.As the key of hydropower plant automation,the development trend and innovation of the core control system of hydropower units are crucial for the efficient operation of hydropower in the new power grid.This paper firstly analyzes in detail the working principle and synergistic division of labor of the two key links in the core control system of hydroelectric power generation,namely speed regulation and excitation.Subsequently,it explores the problems faced by the traditional hydropower core control system under the new type of power system,such as the insufficient ultra-wide load operation and system regulation capability,the lack of phase regulation operation mode in the core control system of medium and large-sized units,the insufficient capability of primary frequency regulation,and the low level of digital information intelligence.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the development trend of speed regulation system,excitation system and composite control,and then explores a feedforward speed regulation control scheme for small frequency difference disturbance to strengthen the system inertia,improve the control ability of primary frequency modulation of the system,and design a digital twin intelligent operation and maintenance system for the core control system of hydropower units to solve the problems of digital modeling and intelligent application of hydropower units.Finally,this paper summarizes the problems,development trends and solutions of the core control system of hydropower units under the new power system.
