摘  要:随着云计算、大数据、物联网、人工智能、5G通信等数字技术的快速发展,数字化、智能化成为推动新型电力系统技术创新和产业升级的必然趋势。新型电力系统在源、网、荷、储各个环节催生大量新技术和生态,并带动关键共性支撑技术的快速发展。传感测量技术作为实现系统全面感知与安全稳定运行的重要技术,逐步渗透到新型电力系统的各个环节。该文介绍了传感测量设备在新型电力系统的发电、输电、变电、配电、用电等各个场景的应用现状;探讨电力传感关键技术及其面临的挑战,展望其在清洁、安全、高效的新型电力系统中的广泛应用前景;梳理电力传感测量技术在IEC、ISO、IEEE等国际标准建设现状,依托国际标准支撑新型电力系统传感测量技术发展。With the rapid development of cloud computing,big data,Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,5G communication and other digital technologies,digitalization and intelligence have become an inevitable trend to promote technological innovation and industrial upgrading of new power systems.The new power system has spawned a large number of new technologies and ecology in all aspects of source,network,load and storage,and has driven the rapid development of key generic support technologies.As an important technology to realize the comprehensive perception and safe and stable operation of the system,sensing and measuring technology has gradually penetrated into every link of the new power system.This paper introduces the application status of sensing and measuring equipment in various scenarios of power generation,transmission,transformation,distribution and consumption of new power system.The key technologies of power sensing and their challenges are discussed,and their application prospects in clean,safe and efficient new power systems are prospected.Review the status quo of power sensing and measurement technology in IEC,ISO,IEEE and other international standards,and rely on international standards to support the development of new power system sensing and measurement technology.This work is supported by Science and technology project of State Grid(Research on construction and internationalization strategy of new electromagnetic measuring equipment and system standard system for power system)(5700-202255225A-1-1-ZN).
