摘 要:采用熔融共混的方法制备了马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(MAPE)改性的聚酰胺66/聚四氟乙烯(PA66/PTFE)共混材料。在无润滑条件下,选用三针销-盘式摩擦测试方法对材料在不同载荷下的摩擦磨损性能进行了测试,借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对材料断面及磨损表面形貌进行了表征,并分析了其磨损机理。结果表明,单独添加PTFE虽然能够改善PA66材料的自润滑性,但摩擦系数波动较大,且表现出升高的体积磨损率。在固定总添加质量分数20%的情况下,用MAPE替代PTFE,可使材料的摩擦系数进一步减小,耐磨性大幅改善,且呈现一定的协同减摩作用。与PA66/MAPE(80/20)和PA66/PTFE(80/20)相比,PA66/PTFE/MAPE(80/5/15)表现出最低的摩擦系数0.234,较纯PA66(0.523)下降了55.3%,体积磨损率为3.23×10^(-6)mm^(3)/(N∙m),较纯PA66下降了44.1%。在长距离的分阶段摩擦测试中,除纯PA66外,所有改性材料单位距离的体积磨损率均随着滑动距离的增加逐渐变小并趋于稳定。其中PA66/PTFE/MAPE共混材料有最低且稳定的摩擦系数,总体积磨损率也最小。磨损表面SEM照片表明,MAPE能够增强PA66基体与PTFE之间的相互作用,减小磨痕宽度、改善材料耐磨性。不同载荷下的摩擦测试结果则进一步表明MAPE与PTFE对PA66材料具有协同减摩作用。Maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene(MAPE)modified polyamide 66/polytetrafluoroethylene(PA66/PTFE)blends were prepared by melt blending.Under dry friction conditions,the friction and wear properties of the materials under different loads were tested by three-needle pin-disc friction test method.The fracture surface and wear surface morphology of the materials were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),and the wear mechanism were analyzed.The results show that the addition of PTFE alone can improve self-lubrication property of PA66 materials,but the friction coefficient fluctuates acutely and exhibits an increased volume wear rate.At a fixed total additive amount of 20 wt%,replacing PTFE with MAPE can further reduce the friction coefficient of the material,significantly improve the wear resistance,and exhibite a certain synergistic friction reduction effect.Compared to PA66/MAPE(80/20)and PA/PTFE(80/20),PA/PTFE/MAPE(80/5/15)shows the lowest friction coefficient of 0.234,55.3%lower than that of pure PA66(0.523),and its volume wear rate is 3.23×10^(-6)mm^(3)/(N·m),44.1%lower than that of pure PA66.In the long distance staged friction test,except for pure PA66,the volume wear rate per unit distance of all modified materials gradually decrease and tend to be stable with the increase of sliding distance.Among them,PA66/PTFE/MAPE blend shows the lowest and stable friction coefficient and the lowest total volume wear rate.The SEM photos of wear surface show that MAPE can enhance the interaction between PA66 matrix and PTFE,reduce the width of wear scar and improve the wear resistance of the materials.The friction test results under different loads further demonstrate the synergistic anti-friction effect of MAPE and PTFE on PA66.
