摘  要:为深入研究树脂基体性能和相容剂对聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料(ABS)合金性能的影响,选取了两种不同熔体流动速率(MFR)的ABS树脂、3种不同厂家的PC树脂和3种不同种类相容剂进行对比实验。当选用MFR更高的PC和ABS树脂,因加工过程中受热流动性更好,并按照一定的比例进行共混时,可以提高PC树脂与ABS树脂两相的相互融合,制备的PC/ABS合金性能更为优异,通过实验对比,确定了ABS(HF681)和PC(2805)为合金性能最优的树脂。此外,相容剂在PC/ABS合金中起着至关重要的作用,它能够降低PC与ABS之间的界面张力,增加相互的黏结力,改善热稳定性,使两相能够更好地混合均匀,从而提高合金的综合性能。经过大量的实验和数据分析,结果表明乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物(EMAC)对提高合金的增韧效果较为显著,在综合性能方面表现最佳。当EMAC添加质量分数为1.5%时,采用PC(2805)/ABS(HF681)(质量比为70/30)制备的合金的各项性能达到了较高值。PC/ABS合金冲击强度达到了74.2kJ/m^(2),这使得合金在受到外力冲击时能够更好地吸收能量,不易发生破裂;拉伸强度达到58.42MPa,保证了合金在承受拉伸载荷时具有足够的强度和稳定性;断裂伸长率达到87.5%,体现了合金良好的柔韧性和延展性;弯曲强度达到80.46MPa,使得合金在弯曲受力时能保持较好的刚性和抗变形能力;MFR达到12.875 g/10min,表明合金具有良好的加工流动性,易于成型加工。In order to investigate the effects of resin matrix properties and compatibilizers on the properties of polycarbonate(PC)/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene plastics(ABS)alloys,two different melt flow rate(MFR)ABS resins,three different manufac‐turers'PC resins,and three different types of compatibilizers were selected for comparative experiments.When PC and ABS resins with higher MFR are selected,their thermal flowability during processing are better,and when blended in a certain proportion,the mutual fusion between PC resin and ABS resin can be improved,resulting in better performance of PC/ABS alloy.Through experi‐mental comparison,it is determined that ABS(HF681)and PC(2805)are the resins with the best alloy properties.Compatibilizers play a crucial role in PC/ABS alloys,as they can reduce the interfacial tension between PC and ABS,increase the bonding strength between phases,improve thermal stability,and enable better mixing of the two phases,thereby enhancing the overall performance of the alloy.After a large number of experiments and data analysis,the results show that ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer(EMAC)has a significant effect on improving the toughness of the alloy and performs the best in comprehensive performance.When the addi‐tion amount of EMAC is 1.5wt%,the various properties of PC(2805)/ABS(HF681)(mass ratio is 70/30)alloy reach high value.The prepared PC/ABS alloy has an impact strength of 74.2 kJ/m^(2),which enables the alloy to better absorb energy when subjected to external impact and is less prone to fracture.The tensile strength reaches to 58.42 MPa,ensuring that PC/ABS alloy has sufficient strength and stability when subjected to tensile loads.The elongation at break of PC/ABS alloy reaches to 87.5%,reflecting the excellent flexibility and ductility of the alloy.The bending strength reaches to 80.46 MPa,which enables the alloy to maintain good rigidity and deformation resistance under bending stress.MFR of PC/ABS alloy reach 12.875 g/10 min,indicating that the alloy has good process
