含萘环二胺改性BMI树脂的制备和性能

摘  要:针对双马来酰亚胺(BMI)树脂固化后交联密度大而引起的脆性大的问题,通过合成一种含萘环和醚键的二元胺化合物(DAN),用DAN和二苯甲烷型双马来酰亚胺(BDM)进行预聚,然后将不同质量分数的预聚物加至BDM/二烯丙基双酚A(DABPA)二元体系中,形成DAN/BDM/DABPA三元体系,来达到对BMI树脂增韧的目的。采用核磁共振氢谱和傅里叶变换红外光谱对合成过程中的中间产物和目标产物进行结构表征,证明DAN被成功合成;采用差示扫描量热(DSC)法分析了三元体系的固化行为,研究结果表明共混物体系有着相似的固化行为;采用不同升温速率下的DSC确定了共混物的固化工艺参数,具体参数为:180℃/2 h+210℃/2 h+240℃/4 h+260℃/2 h。测试结果表明共混体系的冲击强度随预聚物的加入先增加后降低,加入预聚物质量分数3%的体系冲击强度达到了25.9 kJ/m^(2);共混体系的弯曲强度随着预聚物的加入也呈现先增加后降低的趋势,加入预聚物质量分数为6%的体系的弯曲强度达到了128.2MPa。用热重分析法分析了共混体系固化物的热稳定性,预聚物质量分数为6%和9%的共混体系的800℃残炭率均高于未加预聚物的体系,但加入预聚物的共混体系失重5%的温度降低。To solve the brittleness problem caused by high crosslinking density of bismaleimide(BMI)resin after curing,a diamine compound(DAN)containing naphthalene ring and ether bond was synthesized and prepolymerized with DAN and diphenyl‐methane bismaleimide(BDM).Then,the different mass fractions of prepolymers were added to the binary system of BDM and diallyl bisphenol A(DABPA)to form a terpolymer system of DAN/BDM/DABPA to toughen BMI resin.Nuclear magnetic reso‐nance spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy were used to characterize the structure of intermediate products and target products,which proved that DAN was successfully synthesized.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)was used to observe the curing behavior.The results show that the curing behavior of the blends is similar.The curing process of the blends was deter‐mined by DSC curves at different heating rates,and the specific curing process is 180℃/2 h+210℃/2 h+240℃/4 h+260℃/2 h.The test results show that with the addition of prepolymer,the impact strength first increase and then decrease,and the impact strength of the blended system with 3%prepolymer content reach 25.9 kJ/m^(2).The bending strength also show the same trend,and the bending strength of the blended system with 6%prepolymer mass fraction reach 128.2 MPa.Thermogravimetric analysis was used to analyze the thermal stability of the cured material of the blend system.The residual carbon content of the system with 6%and 9%prepolymer mass fraction is higher than that of the system without prepolymer at 800℃,but the temperature with 5%weight loss of the three systems is slightly lower than that of the system without prepolymer.
